30% of OKX payback will be distributed as follows:
1. 20% of the payback will be automatically paid one hour after you make a transaction.
2. 10% of the payback will be paid every Monday at 13:00 (KST) based on transactions made over the past week, from Monday to Sunday (KST).
*If Monday is a national holiday, the payback will be paid on the following business day.

You can receive a payback when the payback fee exceeds the minimum transfer amount on a given exchange.
If the payback fee in any given week is lower than the minimum transfer amount, the payback fee will accumulate until it surpasses the minimum transfer amount threshold, after which distribution will begin.Β

Fee savings and paybacks are not applicable to transactions associated with exchange events that are not related to Ness LAB. For more details, please refer to the policies of the respective crypto exchanges.

The conditions for payback are subject to change based on the circumstances of Ness LAB and its partner exchanges. Furthermore, partnerships between Ness LAB and exchanges can be terminated at any time, which may result in the discontinuation of payback rewards.

An account found to be violating cryptocurrency exchange regulations, such as engaging in abuse or high-frequency trading, will lose its rights to receive benefits from both crypto exchanges and Ness LAB. Please visit the relevant exchanges to learn more about their policies on violations and what is considered abuse.
